We own and operate our core network, linking into supplier networks to facilitate a range of connectivity technologies. This approach ensures we have complete visibility of any traffic going through the network.

Designed to facilitate connectivity rather than colocation, the Edge network is sited at key data centres across London’s super-connected Docklands, with a wider network of Points of Presence (POPs) across the UK for further connectivity, scale and resiliency.


Our fast, resilient core operates with no port running below 10Gbe to facilitate dedicated connectivity into the UK’s largest providers, including BTEE, Vodafone, Three, O2, Cityfibre and more.

Our core is entirely net-neutral: we don’t prioritise traffic on a commercial basis and treat content providers the same as business applications.

As members of RIPE we are carrier-neutral and peer with multiple Internet exchanges.


All integration with supplier networks takes place using dedicated, secure links: we don’t use retail SIMs, public APNs or SD-WAN software.

Every connection is secured at layer 2 and uses the latest encryption standards alongside IPS/IDS at both the network core and edge.

We operate to ISO27001 standards and are members of the IWF.


Depending on your requirements, we can connect your locations to a private network with dedicated Internet breakout (PWAN-style) or address each location with a static public IP address where you can use our integrated firewall or one of your own.

Visibility and Management

Proactive Monitoring

Unlike most ISP’s, we don’t just monitor our network core – we extend monitoring to 24/7 coverage of all our connections, helping us spot outages and performance issues before they can have an impact on your service.


Our inhouse portal software gives you complete visibility of all the connections in your estate, from speeds and signal strengths to user and application usage.  Self service functions allow you to restart, suspend and order new connections, access support and billing and operate hosted virtual machines.
