The Hybrid Complete package utilises our industrial-grade router, the ‘Outpost,’ to provide an additional level of emergency support. Hybrid Complete is a combination of a Trench fibre line and our wireless technologies. If you’re nearing the end of your existing contract, we may be able to take it over.
It is dependant on many factors, including location, presence of existing fibre or ductwork and the need for planning permissions. It may take weeks but can potentially take many months but don’t worry, our mobile technology will keep you connected until the fibre line is commissioned.
All connections are always active and as the fibre line is managed by the same system, there is no drop in service at all.
